France’s La Martiniquaise-Bardinet has lined up a refresh for its namesake brand’s portfolio of liqueurs and cocktail syrups.

The update, which starts rolling out to markets this month, will promote the fruit content across the range. At the same time, La Martiniquaise-Bardinet is moving the production of the brand’s liqueurs line from Bordeaux, France, to a “dedicated production facility” in the country’s Dijon region.

Included in the new look are French cues such as the Tricolor flag and “more idiomatic French phrasing”.

The packaging redesign will increase the brand’s impact on the back bar or home bar, while showcasing the French origins and generations of craftsmanship behind its exceptional products,” the company said. “Creating clearer distinction between the liqueurs and the syrups, the redesigned labels (which will adorn Bardinet’s distinctive signature bottle), will set its ranges apart from other brands.”

About nine months ago, the group added two more spirits brands to its portfolio, inheriting Generous Gin and Island Signature Rum through the acquisition of French compatriot Ôdevie Creative Spirits Co.
