Diageo has chosen not to comment on a report claiming that three senior executives are set to "leave the business".Citing unnamed sources, Bloomberg reported earlier today that "employees were told at meetings this week" that the group's chief HR officer, Louise Prashad, Africa president, Hina Nagarajan, and North America chief marketing & innovation officer, Ed Pilkington, are preparing to depart.When contacted following the publication of Bloomberg's article, a spokesperson for Diageo declined to comment, although Global Drinks Intel understands the trio will be moving on in the coming
