Whyte & Mackay has followed its pending change of CEO with two more senior appointments.
Off the back of Michael Sloan’s promotion from CFO to the top seat, which was announced at the start of this month, the brand owner is promoting Neil McKenna to replace him as financial lead. At the same time, Pierluigi Ratti is moving to become supply chain & bottling director.
McKenna (above) has been with Whyte & Mackay since 2015, starting as a commercial financial analyst. Among his titles, he was the head of commercial finance for international operations for three years and started in his current role, as director of private label, whisky stocks & operational finance, three years ago.
Ratti (above), meanwhile, joined the company from Mondelēz International in early 2020, initially as head of supply chain. His only other role is his current one, bottling director, which he assumed two years ago.
The pair will report in to Sloan, who starts as CEO at the beginning of next year.
