Wilson, who assumed the financial lead in 2020, has moved across to Dr Martens, making way for Graeme Jenkins. The switch sees Jenkins transition from Dobbies Garden Centres, where he was CEO.
Jenkins also previously worked for Target, Virgin Media and Menzies Aviation.
At the same time as announcing the news, the Glenfiddich brand owner also unveiled Isabelle Meyer-Barchechath as its group general counsel. From late-2012 to December 2018, Meyer-Barchechath was the legal director for Moët Hennessy’s European operations, prior to which she was with Coca-Cola European Partners as senior legal counsel.
Incumbent Catriona Macritchie is retiring after three years in the role, having joined William Grant from Diageo.
The new hires will join CEO Søren Hagh on the board. Hagh is also a recent appointment, leaving Heineken in November after ten years.
Last month, William Grant released Wildmoor, a new blended scotch brand comprising seven aged expressions.
