Stoli Group has taken a co-brand approach in the latest global travel retail (GTR) move for its namesake vodka.
The company’s flagship brand will be paired with Lucas Bols’ namesake cocktail-focused liqueur for a Stoli Espresso cocktail offer to travellers at Dubai International Airport from this week. The serve will take centre stage at a branded pop-up outlet for Stoli that has been secured with GTR operator Maritime & Mercantile International’s (MMI) Dubai Duty Free division.
“We’re incredibly proud to continue strengthening our presence in UAE travel retail with our latest Stoli Vodka activation at Dubai Duty Free,” said group CMO Marina Troyanovskaya. “Activations like this highlight the great power of collaborations. By bringing together exceptional brand partners like Bols, MMI and Dubai Duty Free, we are able to connect with consumers in meaningful ways within an increasingly dynamic travel retail environment.”
Troyanovskaya has been Stoli Group’s marketing lead since August last year, having previously been a business development manager at the brand owner. The CMO position came into being almost three years ago, with Andreas Sigl appointed from Philip Morris International to take on the role.
Sigl left after ten months, in June 2024.
