The number of visitors at last week’s on-premise Bar Convent Berlin trade show was down by around 3,000 on 2024’s event.
The three-day event organiser, RX, said this week that around 12,100 visitors attended the 19th edition of BCB in the German capital, a drop from the 15,114 visitors the year prior. Approximately 566 exhibitors from around 50 countries were also in attendance this year, compared to “over 500 exhibitors and partners” from 87 countries last year.
“With shows in Berlin, Brooklyn and London, the BCB brand has established itself as an international benchmark in the world’s leading bar capitals,” said RX Germany MD Michael Köhler.
The 20th edition of Bar Convent Berlin will take place in the Berlin Expo Center from 12 to 14 October next year.
In July, RX Global confirmed that Bar Convent London is set to return next year following its inaugural show this summer at Tobacco Dock in the east of the city.
