Diageo has unveiled a limited-edition bottle for Johnnie Walker scotch whisky’s Black Label extension designed by US singer Sabrina Carpenter.
Carpenter, who signed a “multi-year” collaboration deal with Diageo for Johnnie Walker last year, has signed off a black bottle with dog paw prints and a gold heart, said to be inspired by her latest album, Man’s Best Friend. The bottle has been launched in 70cl and 75cl formats in Great Britain and is set to roll out (at an unspecified date) in Mexico, India and “select markets” in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Marketing assets for the pack include references to the Go Go Highball – a cocktail serve tied to the partnership that has been dubbed “Sabrina’s signature Johnnie Walker recipe”.
“I love telling stories beyond music, so being able to put my own spin on something as iconic as the Johnnie Walker Black Label bottle was a really fun challenge. I can’t wait for you all to see all the little details,” Carpenter said.
Last month, Pabst Brewing Co unveiled a limited-edition ‘wearable’ Halloween pack for Pabst Blue Ribbon as part of a partnership with entertainment company Horror Inc.
