UK-based non-alcoholic business Crossip is entering the Australian market through a partnership with national distributor Paramount Liquor.
The variants of the company’s namesake brand, including Fresh Citrus and Dandy Smoke alcohol-free spirits, will be available nationwide through Melbourne-headquartered Paramount from this month. The deal will cover both on- and off-premise accounts, according to Paramount, which claims to be the largest independently owned liquor wholesaler in the country.
“Launching in Australia is a hugely exciting moment for Crossip,” said co-founder & CEO Tim Blake. “The non-alcoholic category continues to grow at pace globally, and Australia stands out as a particularly dynamic, sophisticated and forward-thinking market.
The partnership also includes Crossip’s Pure Hibiscus and Blazing Pineapple iterations, both of which have ABVs of 0%.
In October, De Kuyper Royal Distillers launched its Archers peach liqueur in Australia, as part of the company’s wider international growth strategy for the brand.
