Diageo has added the post of chief commercial officer to the resume of current regional lead for Africa, Dayalan Nayager.
The appointment, confirmed to Global Drinks Intel today, signals a change of employment status for current CCO Julie Hamilton. Details on where Hamilton is moving on to were not disclosed by the group.
