Here’s a round-up of the new launches from spirits brand owners in the week commencing 10 November.


Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old bottle
Produced at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Kentucky, Blade and Bow has unveiled the third and oldest iteration in its portfolio

Diageo’s Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon

  • American whiskey, bourbon, Kentucky straight, 30 years old, 54.5% ABV
  • Released in the US to selected (unspecified) markets this week
  • SRP of US$1,200 per 75cl bottle, available in limited quantities, although specific numbers not specified

Sazerac Co’s Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof

Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof
At 62.5% (125 Proof) ABV, this new permanent addition to the Sazerac brand's rye portfolio is the strongest, behind Sazerac Rye 90 and 100
  • American whiskey, rye, Kentucky, 62.5% ABV
  • On sale from this week in selected (unspecified) states in the US, available in both the on- and off-premise channels
  • SRP of US$39.99 per 75cl bottle

Campari Group’s Forty Creek Chronology & Niagara Triple Reserve

Forty Creek
The two launches will be among the last limited-edition whiskies overseen by master blender Bill Ashburn, who will retire at the end of the year
  • Canadian whiskies, Chronology is a blend of barley malt, corn and rye whiskies from four decades at 45% ABV. Niagara Triple Reserve is a cask-strength iteration made through a triple-barrel process and finished in Niagara cabernet wine casks, 51% ABV
  • 2,208 bottles of Chronology are available at select Canadian stores, with “limited quantities” of Niagara Triple Reserve also available at select retailers
  • Chronosology carries an SRP of CAD299.95 (US$214) and Niagara Triple Reserve at CAD94.95, both in 75cl bottles

Pantalones’ Extra Añejo Tequila

The aged tequila is the fourth product in the Matthew McConaughey-owned brand's lineup
  • Limited-edition tequila, aged for three years “then finished in Texas bourbon barrels”, 40% ABV
  • Available in the US at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, BevMo!, GoPuff, Lee’s, Spec’s, Total Wine & More, TWIN, Warehouse Wine & Spirits, and online
  • SRP of US$99.99 per 75cl bottle

Pernod Ricard’s Aberlour 50 Year Old

Aberlour 50 year old
Each presentation case includes a 'unique milled granite plinth' which is hewn directly from the stone of the distillery's decommissioned warehouse
  • Single malt scotch whisky, Speyside, aged for 50 years, 45.2% ABV
  • On sale exclusively via The Whisky Exchange from 11 November
  • SRP of GBP31,000 (US$41,000) per 70cl bottle, limited to 20 bottles worldwide

Takara Shuzo International’s Tomatin 10 Year Old

Tomatin 10 Year Old bottle
This ten-year-old will expand its reach to unspecified export markets over the next 12 months
  • Scotch whisky, single malt, Highland, ten years old. Matured in ex-bourbon, 40% ABV
  • Available from this week in the UK’s off-premise grocery channel
  • SRP of GBP42 (US$55) per 70cl bottle
