During the pandemic, demand for bourbon skyrocketed. Today, however, brand owners in the category face sliding consumption rates, as well as fallout from tariffs and trade wars.

Three tips to boost bourbon sales, according to whiskey writer & author of 'American Whiskey Master Class' Lew Bryson:"Find new demographics that still aren’t drinking bourbon, and sell to them, instead of trying to sell more bourbon to demographics that are already buying it. It’s harder, but better in the long run"There are a lot more bourbon drinkers than there were ten years ago, and so many, many more than when I wrote my first bourbon article 30 years ago. Work with that. Encourage sharing, encourage whiskey clubs. Hell, sell flasks to make more drinking opportunitie
