Family-owned cognac producer Camus is set to partner with UK-based Fortnum & Mason for a 3cl-bottle tasting pack.

The ‘Camus Single Serve’ concept, which will be accompanied by a “series of in-store consumer tastings”  at the high-end retailer, will feature three expressions – Fruity, Floral and Spicy. The Hors d ’Age cognacs come from eaux-de-vie aged for “more than 20 years”, sourced from vineyards in the Borderies, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions.

Consumers can purchase the bottles individually for GBP39.50 (US$52.70), while ‘The Tasting Gift Set’, which contains six 3cl bottles, will retail for GBP225. Bottle engraving will be offered a Fortnum & Mason’s stores in London in the run-up to Father’s Day on 15 June.

“With the Single Serve collection, we wanted to create a new way to enjoy fine cognac,” said Camus’ president, Cyril Camus. “Each 3cl bottle is a … small yet sophisticated expression of our family’s passion for cognac. It is a gift that brings the elegance of fine spirits into every moment.”

Two years ago, the company selected Speciality Brands to replace Whyte & Mackay as its UK distribution partner.
