Campari Group has launched a change of bottle design for its cognac-and-orange liqueur brand, Grand Marnier.
The bottle now features a revised red and copper colour scheme as well as a simplified front label with a lined edge, a reworked coat of arms and a clearer description of the mark as “cognac + orange liqueur.” The silhouette of the bottle and its signature red ribbon remain unchanged.
Other updates include a redesigned capsule with foil detailing and founder Louis-Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle’s signature, as well as new shipment boxes and retail materials in the updated colour palette. In the US, the outer packaging carries the message ‘Make Your Margarita Grand’.
In February, Campari extended Grand Marnier’s tie-up with hip hop artist Future in the latest round of the liqueur’s marketing campaign in the US.
