Pegasus Distillerie will use Wine Paris 2026 as the stage for its official European launch, bringing its portfolio of organic, tech-forward spirits to the continent for the first time.
The Burgundy-based distillery will present a full brand experience, built around its four core products; Pegasus Vodka, Orion Gin, Eau d’Or and Minty Liqueur. At its booth, visitors will be introduced to the brand’s fusion of French terroir and next-generation production, including iStill precision distillation, multi-pass dynamic maceration and slow drop-by-drop reduction.
These processes, the company says, are designed to extract the purest expression of each botanical.

“Pegasus was created to show how nature and technology can work together to shape flavour with precision,” said founder & master distiller Maxime Girardin. “Wine Paris is the perfect moment to introduce our new era of distillation to Europe.”
Pegasus will also host a headline session, ‘Pegasus x iStill and the New Era of Distillation’, led by Girardin alongside marketing director & spirits educator Jules Dee Klis. The masterclass will take the trade through the distillery’s production philosophy and include a tasting of its four flagship spirits. Attendees will explore how Pegasus applies next-gen distillation and maceration methods to achieve clarity, structure and technical precision.
Beyond the educational programming, Pegasus is set to headline the Wine Paris Infinite Bar, showcasing an exclusive cocktail menu that highlights the versatility of its portfolio across martinis, spritzes, low-ABV options and contemporary mixology.
“Europe is shifting toward organic, transparent, terroir-driven spirits,” said Dee Klis. “Pegasus brings bartenders, buyers and retailers a portfolio designed for today’s cocktail culture and the new aperitif movement.”
Wine Paris 2026 will mark Pegasus Distillerie’s official entry into the European market, and the company confirmed it is actively seeking distribution partners across the region and Asia.
