From Saturday 26 to Monday 28 September, the Grande Halle de la Villette will host the 22nd edition of the world’s largest whisky and spirits tasting event. Organised by La Maison du Whisky, this year’s edition celebrates a double anniversary: the 70th anniversary of the hosting company and the tenth anniversary of Cocktail Street.
Building on a historic record of 25,000 visitors in 2025, Whisky Live Paris returns across 16,000 m², featuring more than 350 producers and brands from around the globe. The first two days will be dedicated to the general public and enthusiasts, who will have the opportunity to discover 2,500 expressions, including numerous world-exclusive novelties.
Monday, September 28, will be exclusively reserved for trade professionals.
A JOURNEY AROUND THE WORLD OF SPIRITS ACROSS 16,000 M²
Whisky Live Paris unfolds across immersive themed zones – the Plateau Dégustation, France Pavilion, Rhum Gallery, Sake District, Gin Lane, TAG Village and a redesigned VIP area – to offer the most comprehensive overview of the global spirits industry.
The Plateau Dégustation charts a route between Scottish excellence (Ardbeg, The Dalmore, Jura, Glendronach) and Japanese icons (including Nikka Whisky). The France Pavilion makes a grand comeback, hosting the largest gathering of whiskies and spirits crafted in France (Armorik whisky, cognac from Maison Delamain, Citadelle gin, Dartgalongue armagnac).
Meanwhile, the TAG Village – The Avant Gardists – acts as a talent scout for emerging distilleries and brands, notably highlighting the artisanal non-alcoholic offerings from the French house JNPR.
COCKTAIL STREET – TEN YEARS OF MIXOLOGY CULTURE
Adjacent to the main shown, this 4,500 m² free-access space celebrates a decade of cocktail culture. For this anniversary, Cocktail Street elevates its offering by bringing together liquid creation, a musical line-up and food.
On one side, major industry names (Hennessy, Fever-Tree, the French-style vermouth Dolin, for example) will take over the bars to unveil their latest creations, while Nikka Whisky will create a buzz by recreating Martiny’s, the New York venue ranked among the World’s Best Bars. Radio Nova will provide the musical backdrop with live DJ sets, while the Food Market will handle the gastronomic side, bringing together the trendiest addresses in Parisian street food.
THE ANTHOLOGISTS – THE NEW COLLECTION OF EXCLUSIVE SPIRITS BY LA MAISON DU WHISKY
The event will also provide an exclusive preview of Les Anthologistes, the new annual spirits collection by La Maison du Whisky. For 70 years, the company has built its history on privileged relationships with the world’s most iconic distilleries and bottlers. This new collection reaffirms its role as a curator: selecting, enlightening and passing on expertise.
THE VIP AREA – PREMIUM UPGRADES AND ANTHOLOGY MASTERCLASSES
The VIP area expands in both size and ambition this year. A dedicated space will mark the bicentenary of the Old Pulteney distillery from the Scottish Highlands. LMDW exclusives will remain in the spotlight with a tasting tour showcasing the most sought-after gems from Scotland, Japan, France and the US.
This journey will be further enriched by an unprecedented selection from LMDW Singapore.
Rhums that have achieved mythical status will also be on the programme, including Caroni, Nine Leaves, Velier bottlings and the Hampden Cognac Casks – a collection of single casks from Hampden’s 8 marks aged in cognac casks. Finally, an area will be dedicated to the world’s greatest independent bottlers.
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of La Maison du Whisky, this edition introduces the Anthology Masterclasses. Reserved exclusively for VIP visitors, these sessions will feature meetings and tastings of rare and vintage bottlings alongside leading figures of the industry.
And for the very first time, Chartreuse, one of the most iconic French liqueurs, joins the VIP programming.
