Chivas Regal 16-Year-Old bottle and box
This 16-year-old blend has leveraged Chivas Brothers' sponsorship of the Scuderia Ferrari HP Formula One team, with driver Charles Leclerc contributing to its creation

Pernod Ricard’s Chivas Regal 16-Year-Old

  • Scotch whisky, blended, consists of 16 different whiskies, all of which have been aged for 16 years, 40% ABV
  • Released this week, on sale online through Amazon for worldwide delivery
  • SRP of US$69.99 per 70cl bottle, available in limited – albeit unspecified – quantities

Suntory Global Spirits’ Maker’s Mark Yam Jam by Kelsey Plum

Olympic gold medallist, WNBA All-Star and Los Angeles Sparks player Kelsey Plum has co-created a Maker's Mark iteration that will join the brand's Private Selection line
  • American whiskey, bourbon, Kentucky. Production and maturation details not disclosed, 55.65% ABV
  • On sale from 7 May through selected off-premise operators in Los Angeles
  • SRP not immediately available, limited to 240 75cl bottles

Halewood Artisanal Spirits’ Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin with Ginger Ale and Yuzu & White Strawberry Gin with Lemonade RTDs

UK-based Halewood Artisanal Spirits has unveiled the first RTDs from its Whitley Neill gin, with two variants hitting the brand owner's home market
  • RTDs, gin-based, both at 8.3% ABV (“each can delivers a double shot (5cl) of Whitley Neill gin”)
  • Rolling out this week across the off-premise channel in the UK as well as online. Rhubarb & Ginger Gin with Ginger Ale is initially available in around 130 of retail multiple Sainsbury’s outlets
  • SRP of GBP3.25 (US$4.40) per 25cl can. Also on sale in 12-can multipacks

Gray Whale Spirits Co’s Gray Whale Vodka

Connecticut-based Gray Whale Spirits Co has added a vodka to sit alongside the gin in its namesake brand's portfolio
  • Vodka, California, distilled from grain (90%) and Californian grapes (10%), 42% ABV
  • Released in the US this week through Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits
  • SRP of US$29.99 per 75cl bottle. As a member of ‘1% for the Planet’, Gray Whale will donate “at least 1% of annual revenue” to environmental NGO the Surfrider Foundation

Diageo’s Johnnie Walker Blue Label Azure

This "coastal" extension of Walker's Blue Label line has been created with summer in mind and hopes to "push the boundaries for whisky by moving beyond traditional occasions"
  • Scotch whisky, blended. Production details not disclosed, 43% ABV
  • Exclusive to the global travel retail channel, debuting next month at London Heathrow through channel operator Avolta, then heading to “major travel hubs” such as Changi, Incheon, Hong Kong, Bogota, Nice and Paris
  • SRP of GBP320 (US$430) per 75cl bottle, on sale for a limited – albeit unspecified – time. The bottle, which has been made using “100% Post-Consumer Recycled glass”, is stored in a custom bottle bag

Copenhagen Distillery’s Rare Orange Blossom

  • Whiskey, single malt, Denmark, matured for six years in a barrel previously used to hold the company’s citrus-infused Orange Gin
  • On sale exclusively in Hong Kong from 16 May – World Whisky Day – at the Hong Kong Whisky Festival, which runs from 16 to 17 May
  • SRP of HKD2,880 (US$367.50) per bottle, limited to 148 units
