The executive VP for finance & tech at Pernod Ricard is set to leave after 23 years with the group.

Hélène de Tissot, who has held the financial lead at the brand owner since 2018, will depart to join Chanel as its CFO at the end of September. Lined up as her replacement is Mauve Croizat, building on her 19 years with Pernod Ricard.

Croizat (below) will become group deputy CFO on 24 August before moving up to take de Tissot’s role on 1 October.

Mauve Croizat

Prior to joining the Absolut and Chivas Regal brand owner in May 2007, Croizat spent 11 months – from mid-2004 to April 2005 – as an intern with the group at its Paris HQ front office. Her 19 years to date with Pernod Ricard in a full-time capacity have included stints in New York in business development and finance roles, in Sweden as VP of finance and most recently back in Paris as global senior VP of transformation, from September 2023.

She was also CEO of the Sweden & Northern Europe division for three years, from late 2020.

“I am delighted to appoint Mauve as executive VP of finance & tech,” said group CEO Alex Ricard. “Her career path within Pernod Ricard is a testament to the breadth of talent we have across the group.

“I would also like to warmly thank Hélène for her outstanding contribution to Pernod Ricard over the past 23 years and wish her every success in her new role.”

In results for the financial year to date – the nine months to the end of March – Pernod Ricard’s sales sat at -4.4% on the corresponding period of fiscal 2025. The company is scheduled to report its fourth-quarter and full-year performance on Thursday 27 August.
