Taiwanese single malt whisky Kavalan has updated the packaging for its King Car Conductor iteration.
The new-look comes 11 years after the release of the expression, named after Kavalan’s parent company, King Car Group. The brand name appears in gold “in a semi-cursive Chinese calligraphic script” while “flowing lines” have been introduced in reference to its water source, Snow Mountain.
Produced at the Kavalan Distillery in northeast Taiwan, King Car Conductor is a 46% ABV whisky that does not carry an age statement. In the US, a 750ml bottle retails for between US$100 and $120.
King Car also owns the Buckskin beer brand in the country.
