Anheuser-Busch InBev’ has unveiled a TV advert for Stella Artois, featuring actor Matt Damon and former footballer David Beckham, to debut during the Super Bowl in the US.
The spot, titled ‘For Moments Worth More’, sees Damon enact the role of Beckham’s long-lost brother – the “Other David”. Launching with a 60-second ad during Super Bowl LIX on 9 February, the campaign will run throughout this year.
The latest spot builds on AB InBev’s previous ‘A Taste Worth More’ campaign for the brand. ‘For Moments Worth More’ will be accompanied by a “national marketing effort, including television, out-of-home (OOH), digital, social, retail and more throughout 2025”, according to the group.
Last week, the brand owner unveiled its Michelob Ultra ad for the Super Bowl, fronted by actors Willem Dafoe and Catherine O’Hara.
AB InBev will report its results for 2024 on 26 February, with the scene set in late October, when the company posted a 2.5% increase in sales from the nine months to the end of September.
