The most extensive range on the market
Crealis brings together the ranges from eight capping and overcapping brands, with the aim of enhancing and protecting their contents, as well as the image of the beverage brands themselves. Discover below the latest innovations reflecting the group’s values of excellence and sustainability:
A T-shaped closure solution with a transparent glass top, T-Glass stands out for the exclusivity of its material and the infinite possibilities of customisation, thanks to the label that can be applied to the top in metallic effect or pantone colours. Also, the shank is available in white and black. This stopper, which is included in Crealis’ ‘Maestro’ high-end range, is designed especially for spirits brands, to give a premium and exclusive touch to any bottles.
Made from natural cork, the T-Suber stopper offers spirits and liqueurs producers a new form of natural elegance. Cork oak provides an ultra-premium solution that can be customised to a client’s wishes. T-Suber, included in the ‘Maestro’ range, is a two-piece closure designed to dress the best high-end bottles.
Tempo capsule, made of 100% Tin, has been designed to create the visual effect of sealing wax. As well as being 100% recyclable, Tempo has an authentic appearance and is available with customisable solutions tailored to the client. The capsule, part of the ‘Maestro’ range, was recognised at the Formes de Luxe Awards at the Luxe Pack trade fair in Monaco last year.
Crealis’ latest innovation is designed for the nightlife industry. Crealis Glow is a new finish for foils, Elite capsules and Screw Caps, comprising a fluorescent marking system for a previously-concealed design that is revealed under UV light. A finish perfectly suited for wines and spirits that is designed to be seen and recognised.
R-Derma is a new generation of Premium foils and Elite capsules containing 60% recycled polyethylene. This unprecedented breakthrough, which helps to reduce the carbon footprint by 18%*, allows a second life for post-industrial PE waste, resulting in the perfect solution to enhance a bottle’s value while minimising its impact. This technology is part of the ‘Green Tech’ range.
*First study conducted by e3 Brescia, 2015 comparing a traditional polylaminate material with the new glueless Derma material. Then an independent Life Cycle Assessment (cradle to gate) conducted by the Milan University 2021, comparing Derma with the new R- Derma (including 60% recycled PE). Both studies use a standard size capsule and sparkling foil. Available on our Bodio Lomnago site.
The bidule is commonly used during the second fermentation stage of sparkling wine in the traditional method. We propose now the Bio-Bidule version, made from virgin polyethylene and 100% recyclable. The difference with the standard bidule is that the materials used to produce the polyethylene derive from either vegetable oils or waste from the processing of organic substances. This stopper, included in the ‘Green Tech’ range, is a sustainable choice that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and supports the circular economy.
Made from renewable and sustainable raw materials, T-Monobloc Cork is carved entirely from the bark of the cork oak. A 100% natural cork monopiece, without glue, this is a universal, elegant stopper for spirits and liqueurs that integrates the ‘Green Tech’ range of closures.
