- American whiskey, bourbon, Kentucky. Comprises a blend of six-, seven- and eight-year-old bourbons from Four Roses’ ‘OESQ’ and ‘OBSK’ recipes, finished for three to nine months in barrels previously used to create the distiller’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey, 52% ABV

Redwood Empire Whiskey’s The Hyperion Inaugural Batch 001
- American whiskey, comprises a “collection of whiskey blends, rather than simply mashes” – 32% bourbon, 30% rye, 25% wheat and 13% single malt whiskies. “The final blend of approximately 79 barrels combines multiple mash bills from curated whiskey stocks from Redwood Empire and other distillers in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee”, 55% ABV
