Boss Babe Brands has upped the number of US states stocking its Biatch Tequila mark from 16 to 20 through an extended partnership with distributor Reyes Beverage Group.

The move will add “key control states” Alabama, Oregon, Pennsylvania and West Virginia to the brand’s presence in the country from this month. The Biatch brand was launched in 2024 with an initial distribution in the off-premise channels of ten states: Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas and Washington DC.

Reyes handles the brand in the four new states, but does not have exclusive US distribution rights. Miami-headquartered Park Street imports and distributes the mark in California, Florida, New Jersey and New York.

The brand’s core range includes two iterations, a reposado and rosa, both at 40% ABV, with SRPs of US$83 and $63, respectively. The bottles also come in a 10cl format called ‘Lil Biatch’, which has an SRP of US$12.99 for the rosa and $14.99 for the reposado. Boss Babe Brands said Lil Biatch has become “a major growth driver” in control states – accounting for 64% of the mark’s retail sales in North Carolina and Mississippi.

“The partnership with Reyes positions Biatch Tequila for accelerated growth as the company continues expanding distribution, increasing retail presence and introducing new product innovations, including its recently announced limited-edition Bling Añejo,” said founder Sue Hrib.

Elsewhere in the tequila category, the couple behind the now-AB InBev-owned Nütrl RTD brand announced last week that they had invested in Los Sundays tequila.
