Marcin Lukasiewicz, former VP of global distribution at Dictador Rum, has launched drinks2cash.com – a comprehensive digital operating system designed to connect beverage brands, wholesalers, field sales teams and on- and off-premise buyers within a single, data-driven environment.

“The beverage supply chain still relies heavily on emails, PDFs, spreadsheets and phone orders,” said Lukasiewicz (below), founder & CEO of drinks2cash.com. “Our platform replaces fragmented processes with real-time visibility and automated ordering, enabling faster and more precise commercial decision-making.”

drinks2cash.com is the first product within BevOS (Beverage Operating System) and has become a leading B2B beverage marketplace in Poland. Thousands of on- and off-premise venues place daily orders through the platform. More than 250 wholesalers supply it directly, while major producers, including groups such as Heineken, CEDC, Stock Spirits Group, Rémy Cointreau, Carlsberg, Moët Hennessy, Bacardi-Martini and Asahi, use its analytics and targeted media tools to monitor sell-through performance and influence demand in real time.

The platform currently lists over 50,000 SKUs, making it one of the largest integrated beverage catalogues in Central Europe and among the first in the region to combine commerce, market data and media activation within a single technology stack.

International expansion

Following a successful rollout in Poland, drinks2cash.com is now preparing structured launches in additional European markets and beyond. This expansion is supported by a newly formed advisory board of senior industry leaders, including:

Arie Gurevitch – CRO at Tripleswitch Brewing where he is actively navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of the THC beverage channel.; former director of e-commerce national accounts at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, former director of distributor partnerships at Provi.com

“What’s happening today in Central and Eastern Europe strongly reminds me of the early stages of digital transformation we saw in the US and drinks2cash.com is addressing the same structural challenges – with a platform-first mindset from day one.” – Lukasz Konieczny – former business development director at Stock Spirits Group.

“Producers today need far better visibility into how their products actually move through distribution and into venues. Platforms like drinks2cash.com create a missing link between strategy, execution, and real market data. I’ve seen how operational inefficiencies erode margins for years. drinks2cash.com addresses these commercial pain points at genuine scale.” – Chris Spalding – former US MD at Edrington.

Industry context

With beverage volumes under pressure, distributor margins tightening and operational costs rising, efficiency and data precision are becoming critical competitive advantages. At the same time, younger consumers drink less but expect greater transparency and faster responsiveness.

“Time, accurate data, and execution speed are now the core drivers of margin protection and growth,” added Lukasiewicz.

drinks2cash.com is a B2B technology platform designed for the beverage industry. The company develops software that integrates producers, distributors, and on- and off-premise buyers into a unified commercial environment, enabling more efficient ordering, clearer market visibility, and better coordination across the distribution chain.

The platform combines digital ordering, structured product catalogues, and real-time market data, allowing industry participants to reduce manual workflows, improve execution, and better understand sell-through dynamics at the point of purchase. By connecting commercial data with transaction flow, drinks2cash.com supports more informed decision-making for both suppliers and buyers.

drinks2cash.com operates as the first product within BevOS (Beverage Operating System), a broader technology framework focused on modernising beverage trade infrastructure through standardisation, automation, and data-driven tools.
