The 2025 show aims to continue this upward trajectory, delivering a warm and collaborative space for professionals to come together, exchange ideas, and foster innovation in the beverage industry.

Insightful Education Programme
The education programme, spearheaded by head of education Lynnette Marrero and an expert committee, offers 14 captivating sessions on the Main Stage and additional sessions at the Liquid Lounge and Park Street University stages. Topics range from mental well-being in hospitality to evolving spirits trends like alpine spirits and the rise of Caribbean rum distilleries.
Attendees can also expect practical industry insights, such as pricing strategies during inflation and incorporating fermentation techniques.
“Mental wellness, sustainable practices, and cultural identity have become pivotal topics in our industry,” says Marrero. “Through our programming, we’re equipping attendees with actionable insights to thrive in an increasingly dynamic hospitality landscape.”
