Stoli Group has been suffering from the impact of a cyber-attack on its US operations for the last two months, Global Drinks Intel has learned, contributing to the unit's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing this week.News broke earlier today that Stoli Group USA and its Kentucky Owl American whiskey unit had voluntarily applied for bankruptcy protection on Thursday (27 November). Speaking exclusively to Global Drinks Intel today, group CEO Chris Caldwell (below) provided further details behind the move, which included the cyber-attack in September.
