As social-currency-hungry consumers seek new experiences in the on-premise, what are the trends that can help both beverage alcohol brands and venues encourage them to step through the door?

Globally speaking, the on-premise channel is thriving, with venues continuing to play a key role in people’s lives, according to the 'Global Reach' study by CGA by NIQ’, which surveys more than 30,000 consumers across 38 markets.Despite ongoing economic uncertainty, consumers are going out more frequently than last year, with many viewing it as an essential treat at the end of the working week. Engagement with bars, pubs and restaurants is markedly strong: 83% of respondents visit venues at least once within a three-month period, while one in three go out weekly, representing a one perce
