Pernod Ricard has pulled a portfolio consolidation move, preparing the offload of blended Scotch whisky Clan Campbell to Stock Spirits.
The divestment, which is for an undisclosed fee, also includes the Clan Caribbean rum based spirit drink extension of the brand. An in-principle agreement has been reached between the two parties and frees up Pernod Ricard's attention span for blended Scotch flagships Chivas Regal and Ballantine's.
