Tequila leader Cuervo has lined up the worldwide release of limited edition bottles for two of its namesake brand’s expressions in time for the ‘Día de Muertos’ Mexican festival.
The Silver and Reposado iterations of Jose Cuervo Especial will feature ‘Day of the Dead’ artwork on their bottles in 27 markets globally from this weel. The packs will be available for a limited period ahead of the festival, which this year falls on 2 November.
The themed concept is in its third year.
Cuervo, which in July posted a 22% sales jump from the first six months of this year, is scheduled to report its third-quarter results on 28 October.
