An international boycott of Russian-made vodka in protest of the Putin regime’s invasion of Ukraine has seen retailers and consumers search for alternatives. In the four weeks after the invasion, online expert MediaVision found searches for the term ‘vodka brands’ in the UK soared by 490.8%, suggesting consumers were checking which brands were Russian.
