William Grant & Sons has readied a limited-edition bottle for The Famous Grouse, to celebrate the brand’s 35 years as a partner of Scotland’s national rugby team.

The commemorative edition (below) features visual elements inspired by Scotland’s flag and landscape, alongside a rugby ball motif. The release, which goes on sale this week, coincides with the 2025 Quilter Nations Series, during which Scotland will play USA, New Zealand, Argentina and Tonga at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.

The launch will be supported by a consumer promotion offering fans the chance to win tickets to the Scotland versus New Zealand fixture on 8 November, along with a bottle of the limited edition.

William Grant closed its acquisition of The Famous Grouse from Edrington in July, with the new owner looking “to evolve the brand into a true global icon”.
