Here’s a round-up of the new launches from spirits brand owners in the week commencing 26 May.


Fever-Tree non-alc RTD cans
This latest release expands Fever-Tree’s RTD offering, joining the Blood Orange Gin Spritz launched earlier this year in partnership with Papa Salt Gin

Fever-Tree’s Non-Alcoholic Mediterranean G&T and Italian Spritz

  • Alcohol-free RTDs, made using Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and Italian Blood Orange Soda, 0.5% ABV
  • Available at Sainsbury’s and Waitrose in the UK from June
  • SRP of GBP1.90 (US$2.50) per 25cl can

Mozart Distillery’s Mozart Coconut Chocolate

Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur bottle
The Austrian liqueur brand has been extended to include a coconut-flavoured version in the UK
  • Cream liqueur, Austria, white chocolate and coconut flavour, 15% ABV
  • Debuts in the UK this week, through “selected” off-premise outlets as well as online for domestic delivery
  • SRP of GBP19.50 (US$26.30) per 75cl bottle

Ozama Rum

Dominican-American former professional baseball player David Ortiz has launched the brand, named after the Ozama river
  • Dominican rum, aged for “at least one year” in oak, three iterations: blanco, añejo and gran añejo, ABVs not disclosed
  • Available via company website and rolling out in stores in the Dominican Republic and US states including Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont as well as South Florida starting in early June
  • SRP ranging from US$25–$40 per 70cl bottle

Elixir Distillers’ Tormore The Blueprint Series

Three expressions feature in the series, which marks the first official releases from Tomore since its acquisition from Pernod Ricard in 2022
  • Scotch whiskies, single malts, Speyside. Three bottlings – Bourbon Barrels (above), Cream Sherry Cask and Toasted Barrel – all at ten years old and 48% ABV
  • Released worldwide this week to specialist off-premise operators with on-premise presence lined up for the coming weeks
  • SRP of GBP59.95 (US$81) each per 70cl bottle, limited to 1,500 units of each iteration

Gordon & MacPhail’s Mr George Legacy Series 1954

Gordon & MacPhail Mr George Legacy Series 1954 from Glen Grant Distillery
The company's Mr George Legacy Series of bottlings comes to an end with this, the fifth expression, which was distilled in 1954
  • Scotch whisky, single malt, liquid sourced from Glen Grant Distillery in Speyside, 70 years old, matured in a single ex-sherry puncheon, 50.5% ABV
  • On sale worldwide from this week
  • SRP of GBP8,000 (US$10,850) per 70cl bottle, limited to 130 units

La Martiniquaise-Bardinet’s Glen Moray Smoky 12 Years Old

The permanent addition to the Glen Moray portfolio has been released this week, with Father's Day in mind
  • Scotch whisky, single malt, Speyside, 12 years old. Featuring peated barley in the production process and aged in both American and European oak, 46.3% ABV
  • Debuts in the UK this week, on sale from off-premise spirits specialists and online
  • SRP of GBP49.99 (US$67.80) per 70cl bottle

The Portsmouth Distillery Co’s Dark Navy Rum

UK-based craft distiller Portsmouth Distillery Co has released the second batch of its navy-strength rum
  • Rum, UK, blend of three rums – one unaged, one three years old, another five years old. 54.5% ABV
  • Released this month, available online
  • SRP of GBP37.50 (US$51) per 70cl bottle, limited quantities (unspecified) available
