Mark Brown is set to make way for Jake Wenz at Sazerac Co after 27 years as the spirits giant's CEO.
The switch, reported locally this week by Louisville Business First and subsequently confirmed to Global Drinks Intel today, will see Brown become Sazerac's executive chair at the start of July. Wenz, who has been with the Buffalo Trace owner since 2015, moves across at the same time from his current role as chief commercial officer.
