Henkell Freixenet has announced a packaging change for its Managaroca Batida liqueur in Germany.
The refresh (below), which features a turquoise colour scheme and an updated look for the parrot logo, will take effect from August. The 16%-ABV coconut liqueur brand now “makes subtle reference to the Brazilian beach” with a “wave motif” and golden palm leaf, the brand owner said.
“The new look for Mangaroca Batida de Côco marks the start of a new chapter in the brand story with a premium, contemporary and high-profile identity,” said head of communications Vanessa Lehmann. “The new design, together with customised promotions will drive the popularity of Mangaroca Batida in our young target group.”
Earlier this month, Henkell Freixenet revealed it will take charge of the sales and distribution of Korbel Champagne Cellars from Brown-Forman.
