Erickson, who has been with the group since 2008, will step down at the start of April. Lined up as her replacement is Sarah Langley, who is the chief operating officer at parent company Suntory Holdings.

Langley has been overseeing the HR department for Beam Suntory for the last three years alongside her current position, both of which commenced in early 2021. She has held an array of roles across different divisions within Suntory since late 2004.
