Events organiser Vinexposium has confirmed that the dates for next year’s Vinexpo America exhibition will move, to tie in with the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show.
The show, which had previously been lined up for the end of February 2024, will now take place between 24 and 25 June. The location remains the Jacob K Javits Convention Center in New York, running alongside the 68th appearance of the speciality food industry event, in the same venue.
Next year’s Vinexpo America will be the sixth edition.
“We chose to co-locate Vinexpo America with Summer Fancy Food Show next year to further optimise our exhibitors’ and visitors’ return on investment,” says Vinexposium’s CEO, Rodolphe Lameyse. “The Fancy Food Show is the premiere destination for those who want to experience the … breadth of specialty products available today, from specialty food and beverage makers to innovators and trendsetters. It will definitely enhance the overall experience of all participants.”
Vinexposium’s flagship Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris exhibition takes place from 12-14 February next year in the French capital.
Estimates earlier this month from The International Organisation of Vine & Wine indicate that wine production in the US this year has hit its highest volume level since 2019. The country has bucked the downward trend in 2023 followed by almost all the other major wine-producing countries.
