Bacardi’s Teeling Santa Teresa 1796 Cask Finish
- Irish whiskey, no age statement. Matured in ex-solera rum from Santa Teresa in Venezuela, 46% ABV
- Rolling out this month to selected (unspecified) European markets prior to a US release in early 2027
- SRP for the first 100 bottles of EUR100 (US$114). The net proceeds of these 100 units will be donated to GOAL, a charity supporting Venezuelan communities affected by recent earthquakes in the country
Pernod Ricard’s Aberlour 21 and 25 Year Old
- Scotch whisky, single malt, Speyside, aged for 21 and 25 years, respectively. The younger iteration has been matured in a combination of American oak and ex-sherry oak, while the 25-year-old was aged in “a small number of … rare … casks” including a first-fill ex-sherry. The pair have ABVs of 48% and 50.8%, respectively
- Released late last week to coincide with Whisky Live Paris, which took place at the weekend. On sale globally through selected off-premise operators
- SRPs of EUR270 (US$308) for the 21-year-old and EUR650 for the 25 year old. The number of units available of each was not disclosed
