Maspex Group has partnered with US spirits importer The Brand Collective for a relaunch of its Polish vodka brand, Żubrówka.
The company, which acquired the vodka from Roust Corp four years ago, has secured the services of Miami-based The Brand Collective as both importer and marketer for the US. Subsequently, Maspex will see Żubrówka’s Bison Grass and Biala expressions be the subject of a “renewed US push” in 37 states in the coming weeks.
The names of the states that stock the pair were not disclosed.
“Żubrówka is an extraordinary brand with nearly 600 years of history, a distinctive identity and a loyal following around the world,” said The Brand Collective’s co-CEO, Daniel Olech. “But in the US, there’s still a tremendous amount of room to grow.
“Żubrówka already has the scale and recognition of a major global brand, but it also offers something genuinely different. We think that gives us a real opportunity here.”
In late 2023, Maspex added Becherovka to its spirits portfolio, acquiring the Czech bitters from Pernod Ricard for an undisclosed sum.
