Brown-Forman has named Liviko as its distributor in Lithuania, extending a partnership that already covers Estonia and Latvia.
The agreement, effective 1 May 2026, will see Liviko’s Lithuanian arm take responsibility for Brown-Forman’s full portfolio, including Jack Daniel’s and Diplomático rum. Estonia’s Liviko has represented the brands in its home country and Latvia since 2020.
Liviko, founded in 1898 and headquartered in Tallinn, distributes a range of spirits across the region and exports its own brands to 70 markets. The group employs around 280 people across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Brown-Forman said the expanded arrangement was a “natural next step”, citing Liviko’s market expertise and performance in the region. “We trust their deep understanding of the Baltics to take our brands even further,” said Brown-Forman’s MD for ‘North West Europe’, Paula Jordan.
Earlier this month, Brown-Forman took the El Jimador tequila-based New Mix RTD outside of its Mexican heartland, launching the brand in the US.
