On Monday, 4 May, London restaurant Aqua Kyoto revealed its 2026 summer rooftop terrace, in partnership with Beluga Vodka with a sleek yacht-inspired installation, curated Japanese flavours and sweeping views over the capital’s Soho district.
As one of London’s most popular Japanese restaurants, Aqua Kyoto is known for its fresh sushi and lively cocktail bar. In the summer, the terrace is a key destination for Londoners for after-work drinks, group celebrations or a sunset date night overlooking the London Skyline.
This year, they have teamed up with Beluga Vodka on a terrace takeover, creating a signature cocktail menu with an interactive rooftop design.
Designed to transport guests to the breezy deck of a luxury yacht cruising through exotic islands, the installation features teak-style deck panelling along the bar, branded luxury trunk luggage, exotic green foliage and delicate white orchid florals – all right in the heart of London.
In addition, guests are invited to snap a photo at the Beluga photo moment, centred around a caviar tin-shaped chair – a tribute to the brand’s iconic caviar pairing.
The signature cocktail menu will feature a variety of cocktails such as the Kuro Pearl (GBP17) a mix of Beluga Noble Vodka, matcha, padrón pepper and yuzu for a punchy cocktail. Or guests may choose a fruitier drink like the Hinoke (GBP17) made with Beluga Vodka, Chambord mixed with raspberry, sage & lemon for the perfect summer drink.
Whether for golden-hour drinks or late-night celebrations, Aqua Kyoto’s Deck Rooftop is set to define the capital’s summer social scene. Blending a holiday-feel installation with refreshing summer cocktails, the partnership offers guests a transportive experience that will make Argyll Street the new getaway destination.
