Rémy Cointreau is preparing a marketing initiative for its namesake liqueur brand at the upcoming All Points East festival in London.
The brand owner is serving a range of margarita cocktails – containing Cointreau – at a pop-up bar in Victoria Park in the capital from 15-24 August. The aim of the activation is to explore how different music genres can affect taste.
The group’s UK division referenced studies that indicate high-pitched tones are linked with sweetness, while lower pitches are associated with bitterness or saltiness.
Last month, Rémy Cointreau’s Champagne Telmont brand secured “official champagne” status for E1 Series, the all-electric powerboat racing series.
