Bar Convent Brooklyn returns to Industry City on 10–11 June with a sharpened focus on industry relevance, strategic insight and professional development.
This year’s event features 14 ‘Main Stage’ sessions curated by head of education Lynnette Marrero and a committee of leading bar operators and consultants, tackling everything from mental health in hospitality to cocktail costing and the rise of non-alcoholic spirits.
New additions for 2025 include ‘VIP+ sessions’ – intimate forums exploring topics such as digital brand-building and independent spirits launches – as well as exhibitor-only education briefings on the regulatory and commercial landscape of no- & low-alcohol. Meanwhile, the Liquid Lounge and Park Street University stages offer in-depth programming on spirits trends, market strategy and operational tools.
With thousands of trade attendees expected (around 5,300 visited last year’s show), BCB Brooklyn remains a critical platform for thought leadership and innovation in the global bar industry. Here are Global Drinks Intel’s picks of the not-to-miss beverage alcohol stands at the show.
