Australian alcohol-free RTD Naked Life is poised to debut in the US next year through Molson Coors Beverage Co.
Five variants from the cocktail-led brand have been readied for nationwide release in March through the North American-based group. The five, all of which will go on sale in the US off-premise and online in March, comprise Cosmo, Gin & Tonic, Margarita, Mojito and Negroni Spritz.
Founded in 2016 by David Andrew, Naked Life claims to be the top-selling non-alcoholic cocktail brand in Australia. The domestic portfolio also includes the likes of Passion Martini, Pink Paloma, as well as Spiced Caribbean and Canada Rye Dry & Limes.
“Opportunity is all around us in non-alc,” said Molson Coors’ VP of non-alcoholic beverages, Kevin Nitz. “Naked Life provides a simple true-to-cocktail alternative, with a taste that calls back to the alc-based versions.
“We’re committed to non-alc, and we’re staying committed. And unlike many competitors in the space, Naked Life tastes fantastic.”
At the start of last year, Molson Coors announced the US release of Roxie, a three-strong line of alcohol-free “canned cocktails featuring Forbidden Pineapple, Lost in the Mango and Ripe With Passionfruit in 35.5cl cans.
