I’ve been pondering recently what an on-premise strategy would look like if we were to start again from scratch. The first thing to note is that this would likely be a horrifically difficult task.

Here in the Northern Hemisphere, spring has finally sprung; the frosts are melting, the days are lengthening and there are signs of new life all around.
