Latitude Beverage Co has rolled out what it claims to be “the first line of low-calorie, low-alcohol and alcohol-free wines from France” in the US.
Déluré comprises four expressions, all sourced from an unspecified location in southern France. As well as three low-ABV variants, the range includes Déluré Zero, a “sparkling rosé” made from Grenache grapes that has been carbonated.
The line is completed by Blanc 2021 Chardonnay, Rosé 2021 Grenache and Rouge 2021 Grenache/Syrah, each carrying an ABV of 9%. All four retail at US$14.99 per 75cl bottle, available online and through the off-premise channel “in limited markets”.
Déluré is translated as ‘sassy’.
Last year, Boston-based Latitude added two RTDs to Tequila Zarpado’s presence in the US.
