Bacardi has poached Unilever’s chief procurement officer to lead its supply chain operations.
Dave Ingram, who initially joined Unilever in 1999, will join the privately-owned spirits group at the start of September. As chief supply officer, Ingram will “lead the end-to-end supply chain experience” and report in to CEO Mahesh Madhavan.
He replaces Jean-Marc Lambert, who will retire in April next year after almost 20 years with Bacardi.

Last month, Bacardi’s Patron Tequila brand rejuvenated its tie-up with decanter maker Lalique for an extra añejo blend priced at US$7,500 per unit.
