Tennessee-based Ole Smoky Distillery has rolled out 50ml-sized packs of its two-strong ‘sour moonshine flavours’ line in the US.
The 20% ABV extension of the company’s namesake brand, which is available in 750ml jars, will also go on sale across the country in “mini size” jars this month. Both the Sour Watermelon and Sour Razzin’ Berry variants will be available in the packs.
An SRP was not immediately available.
Twelve-year-old Ole Smoky runs four distilleries – two in Gatlinburg and one each in Pigeon Forge and Nashville – all of which are in the state of Tennessee. As well as moonshine, the company also produces Ole Smoky American whiskey, including a range of flavoured expressions.
American whiskey faces challenges but its long-term outlook could scarcely be better
